Princessa Estates, as it's now known, is a condominium community comprised of 240 homes.  Originally--and legally known as Canyon Park Village--we were built and incorporated in 1990 along with the sister townhome community known as Canyon Park Carriage Homes.  We are in an unincorporated section of Canyon Country--Santa Clarita.

The community is governed in part by a set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions--commonly referred to as the CC & R's. In addition to the CC & R's, we are also governed by the condominium Rules and Regulations, set down by the original Board of Directors of the community.  All homeowners--by law--receive copies of both and are bound by the conditions set forth in the documents.
